Override Technologies provides legacy system modernization services including audits, module rewrites, and full override engagements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

Information you submit via the contact form may include code repositories, architecture diagrams, and business requirements. We treat all submitted materials as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill the requested service.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website are the property of Override Technologies and are protected by copyright. Service deliverables belong to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
Override Technologies provides services "as available." We do not guarantee specific outcomes from legacy modernization projects, as results depend on the condition and complexity of existing systems. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Warsaw, Poland.
