1. Controller
Override Technologies sp. z o.o. ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website. Our registered office is in Warsaw, Poland.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide:
- Contact form: name, email, company name, and the message you submit. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is forwarded to our team via email.
- Newsletter: email address only, used exclusively for sending rewrite tips and updates.
- Automatically collected: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access timestamps) stored temporarily for security and debugging purposes.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and your consent for newsletter subscriptions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months after your last communication. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your data. Contact form submissions are sent to our team via email. We may engage processors (e.g., email hosting) who process data solely on our instructions.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@override.tech.
7. Complaints
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
